Online Payments
Securely pay your invoice or retainer online using a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payments are processed through our secure payment platform.
Ketterer Law is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every client. Information you provide through the client portal and online payment systems is used solely to deliver legal services, process payments, and communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
All portal access and payment transactions are encrypted in transit using TLS and handled through PCI-compliant, bank-level secure platforms. Payment card and bank account details are processed by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our systems. Access to your documents and communications is limited to authorized personnel of the firm.
When you call or text the firm, we use your phone number only to communicate with you about your matter, schedule appointments, and respond to your inquiries. Phone numbers and the contents of phone and text communications with the firm will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Communications and information shared through the portal in connection with legal representation are protected by the attorney-client privilege and applicable rules of professional conduct.
