Nicholas L. Ketterer

Esq.  ·  Attorney & Founder

Nick founded Ketterer Law to deliver the high-quality representation that only years of legal experience can provide. He has built a broad command of drafting, negotiation, litigation, appellate work, and administrative procedure, bringing confident, practical counsel to every matter, big or small — whether assisting with business formation, negotiating a dispute in mediation, or advocating for clients at trial.

His approach is rooted in his work as a tradesman before law school. As a pipe fitter, Nick learned to attend to every small detail without losing sight of the big picture: delivering a quality result that accomplishes the client's goals. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA, then clerked for the Honorable Shawn C. Wagner in the Court of Common Pleas in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania — an experience that deepened his appreciation for procedural rigor and the law's profound impact on those who come before the court.

Nick also holds a Master of Business Administration from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School, giving him the financial literacy and strategic perspective to guide clients through transactional, corporate, and complex legal matters.
